It is produced in accordance with the TGK (Turkish Food Codex). It can be stored in repository conditions at -22°C for 18 months , at -18°C for 12 months , in a deep freezer for 6 months .It should be stored in the refrigerator at. 0°C / +4°C and consumed within 3 days. It is suitable to be frozen on the day of purchase. It should be completely de-frosted before use. After de-frosted, it is not suitable for re-freezing. Allergenic products such as fish, crustaceans and cephalopods are processed in our facility.
